I used to use this about a year ago but I recently got back on it and going hard core with eating healthy and excercising. I went to the dr the other day and found out I have high triglycerides so I have to stick to it this time before any health problems come up. My goal is to lose 50 by summer and another 20 by august. Im trying to stick with Atkins, allowing msyelf around 75 carbs per day and no more than 1400 calories per day. Any advice or recipies that yall have any suggestions would be greatyl appreciated!
