i have planned my full weeks meals, this means writing a very detailed shopping list (for even snacks for the kids etc). I write a full 7 day menu and only buy what is on the list. I never take money to work so i cant buy a sarnie from sarnie man.
This has helped me from snacking on rubbish and also cut my shopping bill by about £30 per week!!!!!!!!!
