    I listen to a lot of metal and hardcore when I work out....nothing makes me push through those last few minutes like some lamb of god screaming in my ears. :)

    I created a playlist of classic rock that has a good beat for running, (since I only listen when I run). When I do my boot camp, I cant listen cause I need to pay attention to the trainers.

    Nothing but metal - if I'm running or lifting it's always hard rock / heavy metal. Disturbed, Hinder, FFDP, Avenged Sevenfold and more... I enjoy running those obstacle courses and taking a music player of any sort is bad idea as you spend a lot of time submerged but when training it's metal mania...

    I have learned I tend to move slower when watching tv but when I am listening to music I work out harder and faster. Plus the time goes quicker! I listen to a mix of music
