replacing a polar F6 Battery

I am new this week. I have a Polar F6 that I have had for 3 years. I found it in the bottom of my drawer and go figure the battery is dead. I can't find the book for it.
With that said my question would be. Can I replace it myself or do I have to send it off to polar or take it to a watch repair?

Have the same HRM. Battery hasn't died yet. Here's a link.

if you do it yourself, i would not use it in the pool anymore though as it likely won't be waterproof still. Might be, but an expensive error if it isn't. If they change it, it keeps its waterproof rating.0
