Working out while sick?

Do you take a day off or force yourself to exercise while sick with a bad cold? Am I crazy if I decide to do a little cardio with a fever and stuffy nose? I know I should rest but I'm afraid of getting off track.

Work out!! - if you can.
Your immune system is compromised so you will have to take it easier but if you are up to it, you won't hurt yourself by exercising. Try working out 30 min instead of an hour or reduce the intensity. If you are out cold (no pun intended) with a flu then obviously you need your strength to get well. You'll loose some fun water weight if you are near-death so enjoy, lol
Drink lots and lots of fluids and vitamin C to get better.0
