Tired of the YoYo weight game

Last year I was able to get my weight back down to pre-pregnancy and almost immediately gained it back between Sept-Dec????!! I am tired of fad diets, pills, etc and I am ready to make lasting, life long changes. I have done very well to rid my household of certain things such as white processed foods, salt, sodas but the holidays just totally sent me backwards. I am ready to TRULY and FINALLY do this! My weight loss goal is 26 lbs and I want to maintain around 145 lbs. Pray me well

I hear ya.....in oct 2009 i reached my goal weight of 130lbs. By this january i had gotten back up to 162! I'm either losing or gaining never maintaing...i just don't know how to do it. #$%$$#0
