Hello there!
I know it's wrong to call something normal, because no one is normal. I mean no one look the same as someone else (exept if you have a twin, but then you personalitys isn't the same).
When I look at my friends i feel really fat. They are so skinny!
The thing is that i am 165 centimeters tall and my weight is 65 kilograms. And i just wonder if it's too much?
my BMI is around 23 and that's ok.

idk what lgs or centimeters is in inches and weight but if your bmi says your at a normal weiight then i would assume it is accurate0

If you feel fat, but your bmi tells you otherwise, maybe you should just work on exercising and toning your body so it's firmer, and maybe that would help you feel better about yourself.0

I think most people tend to be more critical of themselves than they are of others. It's entirely possible you're judging yourself too harshly.0

But i am eating under 1200 calories per day and are training soccer 3 times a week! :S0
