Stopping my procastination finally

Looking for various friends to help me stay motivated. :smile:

I've tried getting into various workout programs and eat healthier but have always broke down and returned to my lazy habits and junk food eating binges. Luckily I've only gained around 40 lbs...with the way I was eating I should have gained more.

I always loved to ride bikes(hate running!) and finally shelled out the cash for a starter bike to get back into shape. I forgot how much I love it! I've logged 53.7 miles between that bike and a recuembent we were given, and I'm starting to feel much better during the day then I used to.
