question about DVDs

Hi, all!

I give up on the gym.

It was amazing for the beginning year. I lost nearly 40 pounds, it was convenient, useful, and it pushed me. Sadly, with my new post-college lifestyle, it is no longer affordable nor have I been making the effort to go enough to make it useful.

I've decided to actually take the plastic off of my workout DVDs. I have a bunch of Jillian Michaels DVDs. Last Chance Workout, Power Sculpt, Banish Fat Lose Metabolism.

I I don't combine it with much else, how often should I do these? When have you seen best results?

I'm on my last 20lbs, btw. I gained them back :(

    Hi Zara,

    I've often told people that I'm a yoyo exerciser not a yoyo dieter. My diet has always been pretty good it's just when I stop exercising thats when the weight creeps back on. So I'm encouraging you to do something everyday. It has to be a lifestyle choice. We all just need to move more.
