Suggestions for low calorie snacks without sugars and sodium

Hey everyone! This is my first post. I've been tracking my food for a little over a week, and I've noticed that almost every day I stay under my calorie goal, but go over my sugars and sodium goals. Anyone have any suggestions for mid meal snacks, preferably under 100 calories, that are filling and won't put me over the edge? Thanks so much!

a small apple is only 55 calories, clementines are about 25, and 20 grapes are 60 calories.0

fresh fruit! they have sugar, but not the kind that will hurt you so you can go over as long as they are the natural sugars0

MEAT!! Nah really, grill up some chicken or whatever you fancy, portion it out and you are good to go. Has to be homemade tho' cause the store bought stuff is loaded with salt (and sugar gets added to!).0

Pretty much any piece of fruit.
Take a piece of lunch meat turkey and stuff it with veggies and roll it up. It has protein to help you feel less hungry and veggies have very few calories so you can stuff as much in there as you can fit.0
