arm/leg weights question

I have started using arm/ leg weights while doing my workouts but i have no idea how many cals i would use! Any ideas? They are pro fitness aerobic weights 2 x 1.1kg ankle / wrist weights with velcro straps
Has anyone else used them? I find as i have small wrist & ankles i just get them to stay where they should. I got them from a car boot not used for £3 what a bargain.
