Hi everyone.
I started some personal fitness training and my trainer pointed to this site. I am trying to lose about 25 lbs from where I am now. I am 41 and have always been heavy to some extent.
I have changed my diet habits over the past few years. I eat and love veggies and good meats and fish. I don't eat deep fried or too much processed food. Lots of olive oil and good fats. That took me from 211 to 202, but i have hit the plataeu
I need to watch portions and excercise...especially exercise.
I bike ride in warm weather, but tend to hibernate in winter...:S
Anyway, any fellow gents who are like me, not superactive, but giving it there all in midlife let me know...I'll cheer ya on!
