Biggest Loser 30 day jump start workout video

Just did my first 10 minute workout... very difficult, and I've never worked out so hard in 10 minutes. So, what do I put under exercise? They have wii stuff, but no video info. Not sure what to put for the 10 minute cardio workout... Any ideas?

    I'd put it under aerobics-high impact or general depending on how hard you feel you worked out
  • Thanks, I worked hard, but that probably doesn't mean much lol. I guess I need to do what is suggested and buy a heart rate monitor lol. Just went and figured it up.... 113 calories... Maybe tomorrow, instead of just doing the second workout, I'll do the first and then the second to work up to the 60 minute workout by the end of the week... that sounds like a good progression.
