Ok, here's another great article: (same article as Belly Flattening Foods different choice... http://body.aol.com/diet/weight-loss-program/flat-belly-foods)

Naan (Indian bread, loaded with butter, yummy but @ 500 calories per serving... share)
Chicken Pot-Pie (600 cals and above and a day's worth of fat)
Heavy Sauces (sauces with heavy cream and cheese upwards of 500 cals just for the sauce-- pesto would be better with good nuts and oils)
Fried Onion appetizer (2,000 calories... chili's 2,710)
Cinnamon rolls (Cinnabon 730 cals 24g fat  )
Funyuns (one ounce, 13 pieces 140 cals, 7g fat -- who stops at 13?)
Cheese Sauce (45 cals in ONE tablespoon)
Peanut butter smoothie (24 oz. 840 c. at jamba Juice)
Mooncakes (700 c.)
Poultry Skin (40% of the fat is in the skin)(Prevention suggestion, leave skin on until cooking is finished, then discard to add flavor and moisture)
Bread Crumbs (the buttery kind 90 cal. for 2 tablespoons)

So, now that I may have ruined your day  read the Belly Flattening Food list for snack ideas!
 :drinker:

Great, so those two servings of Naan I had a few days ago during our weekend getaway added 1,000 calories to my lunch. No wonder I came back so much heavier!

Think that's bad? Check out the "fresh" nachos from Baja Fresh:

    Cheese calories: 1890 fat: 108
And it just gets worse when you add on meat...
Too bad...there was a place near my college that had the BEST nachos and I'm sure they were worse than Baja Fresh's...
