    Subway ham and cheese mini (1 cheese triangle) lettuce,tomatoes, oil/vinegar (extra shot of vinegar I hear it cuts fat lol), salt, pepper and oregano (NO MAYO) and a garden salad with 1 cherry tomatoe, little black olives sliced, two slices of a red bell pepper, little bit of shredded cheese, 2 slices of cucumber, and Kens Steakhouse lite Italian dressing ( 1oz) ==== 342 calories (thats good for me Im good to go until dinner and still have plenty of calories left over not to mention I haven't worked out yet.. Everyone Eat up

    *Great Value - Mild Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz
    Sargento - Reduced Fat Medium Cheddar Cheese Slices, 1 slice
    Weight Watchers - Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt, 1 container
    Mustard - Yellow, 2 tsp or 1 packet
    Del Monte - Mandarin Oranges - No Sugar Added, 1 cup

    In other words, cheese sandwich with carrots, yogurt and mandarin oranges!

    A ham and cheese wrap, fiber one vanilla yogurt, and a big ol' bowl of veggie slaw (purple cauliflower with my own, fat free slaw dressing).

    My whole (super filling) lunch had 370 calories and 7 grams of fat! And it was sooooo yummy!!
