Hi everyone

My name is Carol and I found this site by finding an app on my iPhone. I'm really pleased with the app so hopefully this site will not disappoint either! ;o)

I have been an avid gym goer for the last 2 years but still haven't really lost any weight. I then watched an episode of the UK Biggest Looser and was horrified to see that I weigh more than the contestants! It was a real shock and brought it home to me just how big i really am, despite being quite fit. I have decided to calorie count so that i can get a realistic grip on how much I'm actually eating and to have much smaller portions than I'm currently stuffing away! I need to lose around 90lbs.

My current gym routine is:

Monday : Body Pump
Tuesday : Step and body pump
Wednesday : Step and body pump
Saturday : Body pump
Sunday : Step and/or Body combat

Any support would be amazing, thank you!
