I am a long way from my goal as this journey just started.

my SW was 315 lbs 52" stomach
    Current: 301 50" stomach
    Goal:200-215 and a 34-36" waist

(notice i said waist and not stomach, lol)

thanks guys! yes it is awesome to see results from all the tracking, eating right, and working out has produced. definitely give me the "fuel" i need to keep going. Feeling great this morning. Did the "biggest loser" bootcamp DVD yesterday, and it whooped my butt.
