    My names Ally and ive been on this site for a few months now.I"m from Sydney :) Where do you live? I'm not following Tony Ferguson, is it any good? I've just been trying to eat more healthier and have just started going to the gym. I'm interested to herre what else works for you, feel free to add me :)

    My name is Sarah, i live in Sydney though im not following Tony Ferguson. I have a Personal Trainer who is insanely good and she gave me a food program so i havent needed to go on anything like tony Fergusion, though i hear it is pretty good. how has it wrked for you?

    If you like just add me and we can help each other out as all my friends are....naturally thin....lol
