If you're going to do this either as a 3-day cleanse or to incorporate more fruit/veggies into your diet I would really recommend making smoothies rather than juicing.

Juicing removes the peel and most of the nutrients including fiber are in the peel.

I really like frozen mango, frozen blueberries, 1 cup of spinach and 1 cup water. Since the blueberries are frozen you won't have a scary green smoothie but rather dark purple and honest, you can't taste the spinach due to all the sugars in the mango.

I also make cinnamon apple oat smoothie with 1 cut up chopped apple (with peel) 1/2 cup light cranberry juice, some cinnamon, 1 sweetener packet to cut the tartness of the apple (since I use granny smith) and cranberry juice, ice and water and 1 tbsp quick oats.

I keep it pretty simple. Orange, grapefruit, and carrot juice, separately of course. . But I will mix carrot juice with zucchini and it's surprisingly good. Not to mention that zucchini has a high amount of alpha-carotene, as opposed to the primarily beta-carotene found in carrots. Recent studies show that the alpha is far better than the beta.

I love to juice. Mostly veggies. Love fresh beet juice, carrot juice. Have a recipe for making my own V-8 juice.

With the juicer I have its a pain to clean up
so I haven't done it in a while. I do smoothies
all the time and I took the cinnamon apple
    receipe on this thread. Thanks!
Another way to get my fiber
