I am 55 years old. I was laid off from my job 1 and 1/2 years ago. I started exercising, o.k. so I thought I was exercising, and then when I realized I wasn't really getting anywhere, I started taking classes at the gym. I now do spin, and body works 4 times a week. I have lost 20 pounds but need to get my eating corrected. I always end up eating too many calories so the food diary is important for me. I wish to lose another 20 and then we'll see what happens.
