I joined a while ago, but didn't do anything productive with it.
I'm hoping to get a fresh start, and my goal is to stay on track. Even if I have a day that I haven't eaten as well as I should, or didn't work out as long or at a lower intensity....at least I've done SOMETHING. Instead of..."there goes my diet, workout, (etc.)" and just blow it.
