I'm new to the forums and thought I'd say hey. No real problems yet. I'm actually losing about a pound a day do to low calorie intake and exercise. Yes, probably unhealthy but I'm sure it will stem off as I drop closer to my ideal weight (I'm shooting for 185, currently at 241.5 and we all know how weight tends to level off ). Does anyone know of a BMI adjuster for basic structure and muscle mass? For me to be 'healthy,' I need to be at 174 or lower. I'd have to be almost skin and bone to reach below that.
