Pilates?

I just started doing Pilates yesterday. I have done it in the past but that was wayyyy too long ago for me to remember! I woke up this morning and my whole lower body is extremely sore. Am I better off skipping the Pilates today and just sticking with my usual treadmill, or should I go ahead and give it a shot?

    I would skip it, as pilates is designed to work core muscles and you should take time off between working the same muscle groups.
  • my vote would be to do maybe a 10 minute yoga flexility workout to stretch those muscles and then a moderate walk. enjoy!
