Strength Training

Hi. I'm new to this website and am very excited and optomistic about it working for me. One question....does anyone know why strength training doesn't show as exercise or burned calroies? I worked my butt off doing 45 minutes of circuit training this morning and was very disappointed to see that it didn't count for any calories burned or as exercise. Sure felt like exercise to me!

There is an option to log it under circuit training. I think the calories are over estimated, so if you can wear a heart rate monitor so you know how much you are burning. Good luck!0

There are two categories for exercise - cardio and strength. Look under strength. I know you can find things like "weight lifting" but they may also have something for circuit training that includes it all:)0

Only log it as circuit training if you are not taking a rest between sets, other than that enter "strength training" in the cardo section of the exercise tab.0
