calories for chicken

I need the calories for 3 oz of boneless, skinless chicken breast baked in the oven. The MFP database has so many different calorie amounts I don't know what is correct. I looked in a book and it said 142. I looked online and that is really confusing.
Help!

    I believe there are approximately 47 calories per ounce in boneless, skinless chicken breast, so 3 ounces would be 141 calories not counting any seasoning/marinade used for cooking it.
