So I'm new to this site...basically I got away with not working out and moderately watching what I ate while I was a server for 5 years. Now that I am no longer serving and am sitting at a desk all day I need advice on how to get into a work-out routine I can make time for in my hectic schedule as well as stick with.

There are actually some exercises you can do from your desk. Some may be awkward if you are in the middle of a busy office but they can even be done quickly at home.
