So I'm thinking of trying insanity... has anyone done it? Any advice?

I love it! Its hard but so far I have found that it keeps me pushing myself! And the moves arent these crazy howtheheckdoyoudothat moves so its really easy to get into.0

Hi there....it depends on how fit you are. I run 3x a week and do some weight/yoga. I got insanity last week and could barely get through the test where you do these moves for 1 minute each and then record how many you've done. I've decided to start in 3 weeks after pushing my cardio on my runs a little harder.
You can always start and go at your own pace, just remember there is a lot of plyometrics with jumping and twisting so you want to have some reasonable fitness so as not to injure. Beachbody has some other great programs if you think you are not ready for insanity.
