Hi guys!! Well for starters I LOVE My Fitness Pal..It's very nice to be able to see and count calories. I started my weight loss journey at 5'4 185 pounds. Not the most flattering weight for someone my height. I am now down to 166 lbs, which is good..I am happy. However, my goal is to loose another fifteen or twenty pounds. My final goal and test is to finally be able to wear a bikini this summer to the beach while looking hott and feeling good. For exercise I do pole dancing (in the privacy of my own home of course) and XBOX 360's Kinnect Dance Central. Its amazing how many calories you can burn while dancing and having fun. I suggest that to any and everyone. Then of course the typical gym workouts (treadmill, elliptical..etc)

My tip to all is to STAY AWAY FROM THE SCALE!! It will drive you crazy and can make you feel as though you are not reaching your goals. I do not even own one.
