    I was feeling the same way this morning!!!! I weighed in last Friday at 306 and I got on the scale yesterday and it said 307!!! I have been under my calories all week and worked out everyday so how could this be! I had to regain focus and remember that it isn't the number on the scale but the fact that I am feeling better, eating healthy, and being more active.

    I am the same way, I want to be rewarded for my hard work all week! I have to keep telling myself that it's all about getting healthy. If I am living healthy then the weight will come off....eventually!!!
