hello all!
ive actually been on this thing for almost 2 months now but ive never actually been on the website... i always just logged in my meals from my phone. anyway... this site is really awesome. ive already lost almost 30 pounds since i started mainly from dieting and i started back exercising again this last week. i havent felt this good in a while, but everyone needs support no matter the day.
As i have experienced success so far, i have noticed that my weight loss has begun to slow some. i am consuming about 1000-1300 calories per day and recently i started doing cardio. i am trying to burn about 75% of the calories i consume but i havent seen much results yet. its only been about 5 days of doing the running and walking but i thought i would see a little bit of change.. any thoughts???
