Pass by those store-bought smoothies that are often LOADED with calories and create one yourself! This delicious, protein-packed smoothie is the perfect thing you to pick you up in the morning.
Peanut Butter Fruit Smoothie

Makes 1 Serving:
Per Serving: Calories: 402, Saturated Fat: 2 g, Total Fat: 13 g, Carbs: 43 g, Dietary Fiber: 6 g, Protein: 34 g, Cholesterol: 6 mg, Sodium: 459 mg

Ingredients:
1 1/3 tablespoon natural peanut butter
3 ounce(s) silken-style firm, light tofu
1/2 cup(s) fat-free plain yogurt
3/4 cup(s) fat-free milk
2 tablespoon protein powder
15 medium strawberries
8 ice cubes

Instructions:

Pour milk into blender first, followed by yogurt. Add other ingredients.
Blend on high until mixture is completely blended and frothy.
Pour into tall glass and enjoy!
