Just wanted to say hello to all, and wish everyone good luck in their weight loss goals. I am from Southern California and have a long weight loss road ahead of me.

    Thanks guys I lok forward to this site. Shirley yes it prettty nice out here today. Dont mean to rub it in nut blue sky's and 61 degrees is ok wth me. Kind of cool for most Californians but i like the cooler weather.
