Why am I not losing??

I just returned to school from home after winter break, and I'll be honest, I was at home to hang out with my family. I probably went to the gym 5 or 6 times. Could the reason I'm not losing weight as quickly as I did be because I took so much time off? I feel like it could just be my body's way of getting back in the swing of my regular workout regimen. I'd really appreciate any/all feedback you all could give me! Thanks

Also depends on what you are eating. Make sure you are truly measuring and weighing your foods as you list them in here. Its amazing when you find out how much 4 ounces of chicken really is.0

My problem was always that I was either eating right and not exercising or exercising and not eating right. Make sure you are being honest with yourself about how you log your food, because that's the reason i never lost much last year. I'm sure if you are faithfully logging your food and getting in some activity those pounds will start dropping! Good luck!0

Hi,
I was surprised, when I started logging all I eat in MFP. I like fruits, and .... too much sugar
Way too much. I cut them, and weight started falling. It's just what happened to me.0 -
Hey, your quote is perfect. Maybe you would want to weigh later and then....you might get a surprise! It will come!0
