So I just finished my first workout in, oh, years. I did the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga DVD. Had to modify just about every thing and had to come out of a few poses/stretches early, and stop a couple times, but I finished the hour DVD. I'm way more out of shape than I though (yay denial!!!)...it doesn't seem that long ago where I was able to do an hour of straight cardio....huffing it all the way, but could still do it.

Well it's a start at least, I suppose. I definitely want something more cardio based for an everyday type workout...I think I'll try the Shred next.
