Hi im Karl, i put on far too many pounds and started this at the beginning of the week and lost 2 pounds so all looks good so far!

    I Might sound stupid but what is the HCG diet? im just controlling portion sizes and making sure i dont go over the limits im set, it seems to be working so far :)
