hi, im Ty and im so happy i joined this community, you guys are sooo great, this is my second post ever but ive been reading it for quite awhile.
i may not be doing what most people here are, losing a lot of weight. i am quite slim 5'6'' and 120 pounds my goal is to reduce my body fat % and gain muscle mass, change bad eating habits and well just being more healthy. i know i wont be seeing a lot of weight loss since im trading my fat for muscle but i i found this place to be a big source if inspiration and even to feel more committed to my goal, seeing so many of you guys making this huge changes in your lives helps me to want it even more.
