Hello everybody!
I am new to this site, and I am very excited about meeting others who are on the track to living a healthy life style. I have struggled with my weight for sometime now and I have participated in some unhealthy methods to lose weight. I am still struggling but I am fighting hard to follow a more healthy way to lose weight. I'm 145lbs and I wish to get down to 130lbs, with hard work and a little encouragement I'm sure that I will acheive that goal weight. Any advice thayt anyone may have to help me on my journey will be greatly appreciated.

I only joined today but I am determined to get to my goal weight in a healthy and sustainable way. reading through some of the posts on these boards, it is possible, and there is lots of support for everyone.:flowerforyou:0
