Hello everybody!

I am new to this site, and I am very excited about meeting others who are on the track to living a healthy life style. I have struggled with my weight for sometime now and I have participated in some unhealthy methods to lose weight. I am still struggling but I am fighting hard to follow a more healthy way to lose weight. I'm 145lbs and I wish to get down to 130lbs, with hard work and a little encouragement I'm sure that I will acheive that goal weight. Any advice thayt anyone may have to help me on my journey will be greatly appreciated.
