How many of you people have tried carb cycling?
My dietitian at my university has started me on a program to build back all the muscle I have lost and lose the rest of this fat!

Sounds good, but I think low carb is the way to go. Cut out all the grains and eat fruit and veggies. Search Primal blueprint for more info.0

Eat 0.7-1.0g of protien for every pound of lean body mass, limit carbs to under 100g per day for weight loss and up to 150 to maintain weight. Cut grains/ legumes/ dairy (except for butter and full fat cream) from your diet. Eat lots of veggies and fruit!... no need for cycling.0

Thing about low carb is that i always had very low energy levels. With carb cycling you get high carb days so its something to look forward ro :]0 -
