Change your goals on MFP and it will recalculate your calorie intake. You should be able to increase your daily calories by up to 500 calories/day (depending on what your weight loss goals were set to).

It should let you edit that in your goals. But I know to maintain you wanna stay within the 2000 calorie range. That's what the average person should consume.
  • You can go to My Home and then goals and update your goals to Maintain current weight (instead of lose _lbs a week) and it will tell you how many calories to eat in order to maintain your weight!

Under settings, click Update Diet/Fitness Profile, then choose your new goal at the bottom as 'maintain'.

    Congrats by the way!!

Good job :D I just wanted to add that you want to gradually work up to maintenance, because your body isn't used to consuming that many calories. A lot of people just switch over one day and then gain a lb or two. It will help if you work up to it :) And again, good job!

I'm currently maintaining my weight. I just entered "Maintain" as my goal and make sure to eat all of my calories. I still exercise of course and sometimes I eat those calories and sometimes I don't. So far, so good. It's been a week and I'm at exactly the same weight!

Im curious about this as well. If I normally exercise 5-6 times a week am I still eating my exercise calories on maintenance? Is it wise to cut back to 3 times a week?

How do you transition I fear this...

Thanks everyone, I found it. I can have 1420 cal's a day instead of 1200. UMMMM, what to eat first!
