Help! I only have 379 calories left, 10 carbs and I'm already 15 over on my fat for the day. What the heck can I eat for dinner tonight without having to go to the store. I wanted to pick something up, but is this possible? Are there any healthy fast food options? I have low-carb tortillas at home. What can I stuff in it???

Ooh you could make a microwave quesadilla. Just sprinkle some shredded cheese into a tortilla, roll it up and put a toothpick in to hold it together, microwave for a few seconds until the cheese is melted, then put some salsa on top. Yum!
I suppose that wouldn't be low fat, but I don't personally watch fat grams...0 -
You could fill the wrap with some veggie cream cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, and spring mix. That should only be like 200 calories or so.
Having no idea what's in your fridge it's kind of hard haha!0 -
Yeah, I usually only watched the calories and carbs but when it's in "the red" looking at you that you've gone over, I figured it must be good for something to watch that fat. That quesadilla sounds pretty good though. The tortillas are only 80 cals each. I could have two and use less cheese. Thanks!0

black bean and pineaple burritos, or breakfast burritos with egg, bacon bits and cheese would be good with tortillas. or bake a potato and top it with a 'western skillet' (eggs, peppers, ham and pepperjack cheese). grilled cheese rollup with tomato soup is always an option too.
chicken fajitas (http://everythingisbetterwithcheese.blogspot.com/2010/10/muenster-cheese-and-chicken-fajitas.html)
chicken enchiladas would work (http://everythingisbetterwithcheese.blogspot.com/2010/01/cheese-enchiladas.html)
an open faced sandwich would also be easy and tasty (http://everythingisbetterwithcheese.blogspot.com/2010/03/open-faced-turkey-pear-and-mozzarella.html)
broccoli cheese egg muffins are delicious (http://everythingisbetterwithcheese.blogspot.com/2010/03/broccoli-cheese-egg-muffins.html)
not sure this would work, but it is super-yum! (http://everythingisbetterwithcheese.blogspot.com/2010/02/four-cheese-and-tomato-panini.html)
or this is one of my favorites (http://4120west66thavenue.blogspot.com/2009/06/yummy-supper.html)
hope you find something you'll enjoy!

Hardboil or scramble eggs and eat only the whites. YOu could even add them to your tortilla. Or go get some exercise!0
