Calories burned during the Insanity workout?

Hey guys, me and my friend just started doing the Insanity workouts. I was wondering how you calculate the amount of calories burned during these exercises or if you just have to estimate... Any feedback would be great!

    Only way to know for sure would be to get an HRM. Everyone is different.

    Yep. Heart Rate Monitor with your weight and age inputted. Depends on your intensity. That workout would get me close to the 1000 calorie range in an hour--yikes.

    I would also get close to 1,000 calories in an hour work out. I am 5'6" 135 pounds.
