Is anyone else out there doing the Moms Into Fitness videos? What results have you had? I bought 4 of the videos, but then had knee surgery and haven't started them. I'm just getting ready to start again.

i have the Core Firing Sequence, but i havent really used it. She explains that most people do ab work incorrectly and its now made me paranoid. I spend more time worry if im doing it right i decided not to do it at all. :( I thought her other videos looked pretty good though i havent tried them yet.

Yeah I am thinking about purchasing a few of them, I would love to know what results people have gotten from them!

I'm afraid that I never started them, which is a shame because I purchased several. I had knee surgery and then, when I started to exercise again, I joined a Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred group and have been doing Jillian Michaels workouts ever since.

I just discovered Moms Into Fitness workouts and, thus far, really like them. I was very much into Jillian Michaels before, and some more workout-y yoga/pilates videos. however, I have chronic back pain and was attracted to MIF's focus on building a strong core. I have Boot Camp 2, Core Firing Sequence, Core Fitness, and Core Metabolic Jumpstart. Thus far, I am doing Boot Camp2 and Core Firing Sequence, at least until my core feels stronger and I have less back pain.
