Hi everyone, I decided to join this site to try and make myself accountable for what I eat. I'm probably the most active person out of all my friends and exercise about 5 times a week - I absolutely love it and find it easy to stick to my routine of going to the gym or for a run. I have always eaten fairly healthy but find my biggest downfall is going out with friends and MY JOB! I work as a waitress in a restaurant where we are allowed to eat what we want... even though I am in fairly good shape I would love to cut out this junk that I eat at work to try and tone up those last few kgs... I feel as if I have plateauted with my exercise as well so any tips on how I can really boost my workouts would be great :) Happy to help others with any pointers on how I maintain my motivation to work out so often...
