You should try The Simple Steps Program:10 Weeks to Getting Control of Your Life.

You make 4 small changes each week 1 to help your finances,1 for your clutter,1 for your health and 1 for your weight.
Example-week 1:
Finances-put away $2 a day. That is how much I save by making my own coffee.
Clutter-clean 1 closet,cabinet or drawer each week.
Health-Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
Weight-walk 20 minutes a day.
Pretty simple steps!
