im getting stressed out and upset!

I worked at McDonalds for 7 years I was a swing manager. Never go past that because you are still paid an hourly rate. I made more money the the 2nd assistant and 1 asst.due to the fact I was always working over time. The store manager was the only person making more than me. They are on salary and don't get paid for overtime. Stay strong
