Hi! Wish me luck. I am excited about this, and I am frightened at the same time. I used to teach a diet class, and I've seen my weight go up and down over the years. I hope this helps me change my life style for the long haul, and not just for a season. I love to exercise, and I don't mind dieting, but ONLY with friends. When our schedules don't work out I can be found on the couch with a snack. The best diets always include a food journal, and I hope to be able to keep up with this one. This is my first time trying to diet with cyber friends.
My husband and I have four adult sons, three daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren. We both work full-time. We also help, along with four of his siblings, to take care of his mostly independent mother. We are busy folk, and I use that as an excuse to not exercise and diet as I should.
