Well, this is me introducing myself, I suppose. I have a goal to lose at least 20 pounds. I eat mostly vegan, generally avoiding dairy, meat and eggs. But I hate cooking of any type, so I want to experiment more with new food combos! I'm also doing the 30 day shred and I swim. :flowerforyou:

Greetings! I'm a vegetarian and am on my third cycle of the 30-Day Shred (I mix that in with different workouts on different days now). You'll have fun with it and you'll LOVE this site. It's amazing how effective calorie counting is.0
