Excited about my weight loss journey... In 10 months (off & on) I've lost 32 pounds and I'm still going at it :-) I have come to a point where working out is a part of my every day routine (at least 5 days a week) and I actually ENJOY IT!!!! ((never thought I'd ever say that). I am working really hard to loose these last 18 pounds... but some days I just wanna scream! I get on the scale and feel like I should loose alot more than what I am...so it's a bit frustrating :grumble: Any suggestions on what I should do to help jumpstart my metabolism and reach my goal weight sooner rather than later?
