    Hi Ali! Hi all. I miss you guys. My job has been a crazy mess this past week. I would tell you guys about it but 90% of you would probably just glaze over after one line (like the wife, LOL!)

    Suffice to say, add buying a house, with a long weekend vacation on Cape Cod with a virus outbreak and new hardware installation for my (1000 plus person) company that requires after hours work and you get very little time online for my "play time".

    I'm still here, and I'm still lurking, I'm just not getting a lot of time to sit and think about writing things. Usually these few weeks, I have been able to log on quick and read a few posts, and maybe bump something or add a quick comment. Right now I'm stealing time from my shower because I feel like going in 1/2 an hour late today (I earned it by working from 8:30 am yesterday until 8:00 last night).

    I feel the love Ali, thanks for the post, I'm not going anywhere, virus should be dead now, and house is pretty much set and we are just waiting on the closing date, so I should be able to log in a little more now.

    I can't wait till our new pool is up and running and I can show off the new "Bod" to all my friends and watch the jealousness just shimmer off them like like heat waves. LOL :noway:

    OK, maybe it's not THAT pronounced yet, but mark my words, by next year this time, I'll have 10% body fat and a couple o ripples in the belly that will be cause for chatter!

    DAMN RIGHT!

    Glad to hear things are going well (even if they are busy!)

    I too have been wondering what happened to you!!! But it definitely sounds like your plate has been super full. Home buying/selling is SOOOOO time consuming! OMG!! It's like a never ending pile of paperwork and sign this and sign that!!

    You show that bod off dude!!! YEAH!! WORK IT!!!

    So I obliged and posted something on one of my pet topics (I focus on a couple of things and like the topic of "core" more then most stuff). Take a look and see what you think. It's an area I have had the mis-fortune of learning all about when I entered my 30's and not because I felt like it, but rather because it became an issue for me.
